rev:text	Yuk! Old, dated and gloomy. The place needs a major facelift. We reserved our room a month before our visit and had two rooms. An hour before arriving we called to confirm that everything was okay and they lost our reservation and they denied that we had a room. We had to call our travel agent urgently and after a few hours of our lives were wasted they magically found our room. When we arrived we had paid for Club level rooms and asked for connecting rooms. They could not find connecting rooms and downgraded us to a different room so that our rooms were next to each other but not connecting. As the hotel was full, we had no choice and they could not do anything. The next morning we have to pack again and they moved us to a club level room. This was a major pain and totally unacceptable. We stayed in the club level the breakfast is cheap and even though it was free we preferred after the first day to skip it as it was terrible. Very limited selection of food and all cheap stuff. There was a line and a wait to get a table for breakfast and as soon as 9:30 AM came they removed all the food. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world this was the first hotel we stayed at that did not have a bellboy help us with the bags when we arrived at the hotel. We talked with other friends and they experienced the same thing!! We had premium internet and it sucked! Every few minutes the line dropped. I suggest you look for other options and skip this hotel.
