  • My wife sent her bridal shower dress there to get drycleaned. THEY RUINED the dress and the delicate beads on the dress. My wife wore the dress only once for her bridal shower, got them to dryclean it, and after multiple day delays and multiple queries, they finally said the dress was ready but the beads on it were melted and flattened and dull. They denied the problem and now this sentimental, once worn dress is unrepairable. Poor, unprofessional work from this drycleaner. I wouldn't trust them with any clothes that you value. Hisham
