  • I've frequented this place a few times as a referral from a regular customer. I schedule an appointment but don't have a regular technician. The first few times I went, I had a male technician(can't recall his name) and the acrylic nails were awesome. The past 2 times I've been I've been rather disappointed. I've had 2 different ladies, Vivienne and the other name I never got. Vivienne placed the tip further down the fingernail, since I like my nails long, and said it would help keep them stronger. It looked horrible. Also when the acrylic was put on it wasn't rounded at the cuticle so when it started to grow out they caught on everything. My last visit I thought I was happy with the shape and application of my fill. Once I got a closer look after I left I noticed that she didn't take care of the nails that were previously lifting and just and plied the acrylic over top. Not 4 days after I received the fill the and acrylic portion snapped off. I was already out of the country to get it fix. The quality expectation of all services should be the same. I will go back but only deal with the few who meet my standards. They have definitely redeemed themselves. I make my appointments with Holly everytime. The quality of her work is excellent and she takes pride in what she does.
