Horrible service!! The people at the front desk seem nice and trustworthy, but when it comes to billing and service, I recommend you check thoroughly. The Bacchanal Buffet was a complete rip off. And the service for wifi was frustrating. If you stayed in the Julius Tower, you would be expected to call customer service every time you returned to the room. Don't trust the front desk people and don't eat at their restaurants. The only one I liked there was "The Bejing Noodle Co." That was the only restaurant that was worth eating. The walls were incredibly thin. Disregard the renovations because in the Julius Tower, the views are horrible. That was another thing the front desk promised, a good view. The fact that they are regarded as one of the five star hotels probably contributed to the fact of not going the extra mile for each and every one of their customers. We paid the resort fee, but we did not get robes!!
