I'm going to start this review by saying I have a love-hate relationship with Michael's. I go here because I love picking up small items for my new house-baskets to hold my hand towels, candles to brighten up the living room, etc. With the Christmas season now in full swing I find myself waiting every Sunday for the newspaper and the coveted 40% any regular price item. Recently though, everything in the store seems to be on sale so none of the awesome coupons from the newspaper or from the mile-long receipts they print are ever valid. :/ One plus is a 15% teacher discount on any purchases (including sale items). Here's a list of my favorite purchases at Michael's:
-Baby boy Christmas decoration with room for personalization (under 2 bucks)
-Table tob easal for holding up a menu (7 bucks)
-Cute Parisian box to hold my toiletries (4 bucks)
-Garter set (12 bucks)
Michael's has a small wedding section which was great to peruse through for wedding invitations, favors, and bachelorette party accessories. It's worth the trip for your craft needs.
