  • Joe saved me $100. And, it did not cost me a dime. I purchased my computer last year over the internet and ever since then I've periodically experienced reboot problems. Today, there was a Microsoft update and I could not reboot at all. Another repair company I found on Yelp would keep my computer for 24 hours before diagnosing the problem or I could pay $100 to get service immediately when I went to their shop. I need the computer all day. Fortunately, my next call was to Orca and I talked to Joe. After only a few seconds of relating the problem, he asked if I had any external devices. Yes, I'm old school and like a mouse and that requires a wireless plug in device. Bingo!! After removing the mouse and rebooting my computer is back up to speed. Now if feel guilty about using his services for free. I would recommend Orca without hesitation.
