  • Bought a Groupon to have our carpets cleaned for the first time and they look AMAZING and smell super fresh and clean! While our first appointment had to be re-scheduled, due to one of their employees getting into a serious accident in their work vehicle, Christina was extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting us set up a few weeks later. I was glad to hear he was going to be ok and understand that sometimes, things happen and you need to be patient and understanding. Reading the (1 and only) 'negative' review below, sounds like someone needs to learn some compassion and realize it's ONLY a carpet cleaning and no reason to try and ruin a company's reputation for something that was NOT their fault. Even heard that after she was shown a photo of the demolished van, after the crash, her response was 'Not my problem'... Ummm..Can you say COLD & HEARTLESS?!! Jason did a fantastic job and is VERY knowledgeable & professional. We are 100% satisfied customers and will use and recommend Jason/Christina at Eco Clean again in the future! Call them TODAY to get your carpets looking & smelling their BEST!!
