Kimoko would be the only reason why I would return. But I'm not, just because of the customer service and horrible membership gimmick. The receptionist rudely questioned me whether I was right about getting a 3 week Fill or new set.. so she mad her little minion receptionist go back and ask Kimiko. I get why she asked: to charge me correctly. But, there's a discrete way of asking not in front of the customer. The membership is a gimmick. You aren't saving any money with it. I found a new place that I'm much happier with: the Lash and Sugar Co! I feel bad for Kimiko, she's talented but this management is hindering her.
