rev:text	Dr Tran uses his girlfriend as a manager of office who is incompetent and extremely rude and unprofessional. She tried to charge me $100 to fax 3 papers to HR for my return to work after a 6 day leave. I have Culinary insurance and am not supposed to be charged for paperwork. Finally after me telling them I was going to report them to Culinary insurance for illegal charges they faxed my paperwork at no charge. Also when I was in the office a maid that also has culinary overheard me and said they were charging her for paperwork also. I can't imagine how much money they are making from uninformed patients, when they know they're not supposed to charge . Also, Dr. Tran has discussed my personal medical information with my husband when he goes in for his appointments. Some information I wanted private between Doctor /patient. I did not sign off to give out my personal medical information. That is clearly breaking the HIPAA law !!!! My lawyer is pursuing this matter. Also, Culinary insurance is being informed that they are taking money from patients for paperwork when Culinary is already paying. After exposing them they had the nerve to send me a certified letter saying they dismiss me as a patient after 7 years. Even though I was not going to return to them anyway. On top of all this Dr. Tran who uses his girlfriend in office with no medical background !! He also uses students .There are no registered RN's in office. I highly recommend STAYING AWAY FROM THIS CURUPT DOCTOR! !!
