  • Their inability of the staff to properly manage orders is a huge turnoff. I was told that the were unable to take an order as the kitchen was backed up, and to try again in 20 minutes. While I understand that they were busy on a Saturday night, it's unacceptable that they cannot simply take an order and tell a customer that the wait will be a bit longer than usual. Unfortunately, we had to take our business elsewhere.
