Very frustrated with this store and their customer service as of late. For Christmas my mom and grandma thought they would surprise me by getting me an iPad for me to use for work and school. Of course when I opened the gift I was excited as anyone would be. When I opened up the case for the iPad I was confused how they had paid $80 for a screen cover. I turned over the packaging the cover was in and discovered that they had been given the wrong cover for the iPad. Not too concerned about it because Apple usually has great customer service, I waited until the weekend to take it in and get this mistake fixed. When I went into the store I was told that not only could I not return the case because they have a 14 day return policy, but that I had the wrong case so they couldn't return it anyway. After talking to the manager he told me he would "do me a favor" and refund me $30 for the case that I had, but that I had to rebuy the case that my grandma and mom had already paid for. I'm sure that there are many people who lie and take advantage of the system, but that is not me and someone who is a loyal customer to Apple and this store specifically I'm very disappointed by how I was treated. It looks like it's time to start using another store as this store seems to have lost its touch when it comes to customer service.
