  • Love, love this place. Such a cool experience. We were greeted by Andrea, who was just the sweetest receptionist. She was all smiles :). The individual rooms inside the ice room are nice to hangout in and drink a cold cocktail. Super cute areas to take pictures. The photographer, Devin, did an amazing job with our pictures. The manager Jose, was so helpful and hospitable. Mark is the kindest person we've met. I can't say enough about him. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. They all made our visit absolutely amazing! Can't wait to go back. Don't forget to ask for the ski shots!!
