  • It was an okay visit. I'm not sure if was because it was noisy or the barista could not hear us but we got a couple of drinks wrong. My mom ordered a mocha frappucino and they made her a white mocha frappucino. My grandmother ordered a kids temperature white mocha latte and it was the regular hot temperature. My peach green tea lemonade (which is a standard drink) didn't taste right, and I know what it should taste like. My sister also saw the barista that was making the drinks use a soy milk pitcher for regular dairy milk. I know this is a QASA violation because I am a previous Starbucks employee. I understand that these workers are often busy and under paid but I really wish they would follow the set standards. However, the girl working in the drive thru with short black hair was super helpful! Thank you!
