I have used this dealer and service department since early 2010 to 2017 The service in my early days was not great but ok. Then from 2013 it was great. They dropped their arrogant and flippant ways. Instead of waiting around for a shuttle to work they put their customers first and ordered a cab. It was a friendly and courteous place. I didn't mind the bills.
Recently they lost the human touch. They use an offsite call centre. Those young ladies would be better replaced with robots. What a retrogressive step! The local staff are helpful in person. But the damage has already been done. I recommend finding an independent that understands service.
