  • Good customer service. We bought a living room set and spent over $3000. We got the living room set and didn't like how the end tables looked with the couches we bought. We were looking to exchange (within a week) of purchasing them, but apparently they have a "No Returns or Exchanges Policy". If this is the case they should have a design center available so that you can see what you're purchasing will look like when it's all put together. We were gonna go back and purchase a mattress and bedroom set, but not anymore.
