Update from 2009 review:
I'm still a big fan of De Novo; they've kept me almost entirely injury-free during last year's triathlon and running race season. The main business structure is unchanged: still the same one-on-one doctor-patient interaction, same computer-based scheduling and patient-tracking system, etc. There are a couple changes though:
1) They now are an in-network provider for UPMC, which is awesome.
2) Dr. Cohen has left to practice in California, so it's just Dr. Kleuber now. Dr. Kleuber is just as good as Dr. Cohen though, so this in no way affects my experience as a patient here.
While I obviously wish that I would never need ART again, I'm sure that I will be back at De Novo within the next few months (I'm always giving myself minor injuries), and that Dr. Kleuber will respond magnificently to whatever musculoskeletal challenges I might throw at him (he's always had me up and running within a week).
