  • I went to a wedding where they were the caterers. The appetizers were cold (they were supposed to be hot). There was a line for the food because they were doing fresh pasta mixes. The servers were not serving or paying attention to the flow of the guests and they did not even realize that the bride (or probably the groom) ever got anything to eat. The pasta mix I had consisted of a very watered down sauce. Overall, I would never contract them.
