  • I will never bring any of my business there again. You cannot return anything only exchange for other merchandise. I could find the brand I liked there in my size / color so j picked up something just in case I couldn't find what I wanted online. I happen to find what I needed at scrubs and beyond and purchased my uniforms there. I tried to return the others within a week with no luck. I had to substitute it for other stuff that also what I didn't need. Then she tried to tell me that she told me when I checked out. I wouldn't have made the purchase that day if I knew it was non-returnable. I asked if she could order what I needed from her website and again, the answer was no. Needless to say, be careful what you buy. There is no return policy. Go to Scrubs and beyond. If you don't like what you got, even if it's from online, you can always return it in their store. THAT is customer service.
