  • I would give a zero star if that was an option! Unfortunately I did not read reviews first! I was on time. Waited half an hour, was told it was going to be another 15 minutes. I said, no, I was on time, give me my prescription back, I will go where they have respect for my time! I went across the street to SMIL and WITHOUT an appointment was in and out in 30 minutes. I had NO wait at all. You would think Simon Med would be concerned after all these negative reviews but when you see this many you know, they just don't care. We are giving them OUR money and business. We have a choice. I feel the same way about Dr wait times, I will change Dr's if I have to wait long times consistently.
