| - The massage I received was out of this world; I'd give that part of the spa experience a million stars if I could. The complex offers many amenities like saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas, fully stocked showers and changing rooms, and a wellness gym. It is clean and well-maintained, with enough staff to be helpful yet not intrusive. My problem was they ask you to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your chosen therapy, get kitted out in a bulky robe and ill-fitting sandals, and find your zen in a relaxation room until called by your assigned therapist. All well and good, and typical of other spa experiences I've had. Except prior to your appointment, you are moved at least once, sometimes twice, to other areas of the building that are not exactly close. So you schlep through hallways trying to maintain your dignity and quietude for the other guests. I was not exactly in the frame of mind they were gunning for ahead of my massage.
Note: If you book a suite in the hotel, you may receive a spa credit (for me, it made the cost half price).
