  • Really like my stylist. Having to wait an hour in a half before I get into my appointment is deplorable and un warranted. Something really wrong with booking. I can understand that delays happened but this is the second time that this has happened to me. So the appointment took 4 1/2 hours out of my day . When I was told it would only take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get my hair hi lighted. My time is important as any one else's and I have others counting on me to keep my schedule. I won't be returning.
