rev:text	For the price of the food I expect a lot more. A LOT more! We arrived on a mid Sunday afternoon and there were just a few tables of people, most at the bar area watching football. Our waitress was great but even a good waitress can't make up for mediocre food :( I ordered the most expensive burger on the menu, the lamb burger. I was so excited because the last lamb burger I had in Hawaii was THE best burger I have ever eaten. I don't know if I'll ever order another lamb burger after trying to eat the one I got at Industry Public House. First off I was asked how I wanted it cooked, I said medium. Not only was it grossly overdone, it had absolutely zero flavor. None. Zilch. Nada. It was tasteless! The patty was also packed too tightly, they tried to crush any goodness that was in that poor lamb to begin with. There was supposedly a cucumber mint vinaigrette on it, which was undetectable, and the mozzarella curds sounded sublime but they were basically frozen little nuggets of hard mozzarella fried and thrown on. What a total waste of $$! My husband went with the Farmed Out Burger. He said it tasted fine, but he doesn't really have the most experienced palate so I always take his word with a grain of salt! If there's meat in it he is usually happy ;) I did chuckle though when the first bite he took the over easy egg in his burger all spurted out the side of his bun. Clearly they didn't place that in the middle of the bun! It was a disaster! Overall I can say I know we will never be back here to eat. Maybe some of their other food is better, I did see good reviews for their salads. They did give a 20% military discount. Thank goodness for that, thank you!
