  • Applied for a rental house with this company, two days go by and I end up having to call them to see what the deal was with my application. Good luck getting through when you call. You'll get stuck in the switchboard choosing any option just to talk to a human being. Once you get a hold of somebody, its a freaking emergency request line willing to take a note for somebody who cares. Anyways, been texting one of the realty ladies on the issue and started out with a good experience, she was informational and helpful. Once I had applied and got denied due to bad credit she informed me what I needed to do fix it and edit my app for re-apply. I was never able to get back into my application. A week goes by and still cannot get into it to add my co-signer. I informed her multiple times and she recommended I call the background company to fix it. Tried calling them and it just hangs up on you instantly! Between their background company they use, and their management that you can never get in contact with, plus the realtor quit responding to my phone calls and texts. Then she texts me finally saying they gave the house to someone else even though they had my $550 to hold the property! I could not get my money back for another 3 weeks they finally sent me a check even though I had wired them the funds originally. So frustrated, If i could give 0 stars I would. Also would have complained to BBB, but THEY AREN'T BBB ACCREDITED! Heed this warning and STAY AWAY from this company, no matter how much you like their property. (by the way the property i applied for was still listed a couple weeks after they told me it was no longer available).
