  • BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam! You can be the best tenant, always pay on time and leave the house spotless and they will still find any way to keep your deposit. At move in, they took a few pictures of walls and floors all at a distance and reported that the house was clean. During the move out inspection, they took more than twice as many pictures than they did at move in, most of which were at close range. When I got my deposit back, they had kept $200 for touch up paint to cover small marks on the walls that I was accused of making. When I asked to see proof of the before pictures to show that the areas were clear when I moved in, they were unable to produce them. I told them that since they couldn't prove who made the marks, I should not be charged but they refused to give me my money back. On top of being unethical, the girls in the office are very rude and treat people like criminals just because they rent. None of the girls in that office have any customer service skills and have no business working in a customer related industry.They are horrible!
