| - Not a bad place, I really enjoyed it more when it first opened because they had some reasonable deals. Now that they have been opened now you won't find great deals like those when the store first opened. For example, I love the cheese twist chips they sell, when they opened these were 2 for $3. Now they are 2 for $5 and that's on sale, regular price is over $3. Not bad but these chips go too quickly cause they are tasty.
Onto the bakery, boy does the stuff look nice. Unfortunately the taste was not that great. They have adorable cupcakes at $2.99 each, the frosting and decorations look very nice. But it is all show and no substance. Tthey are all full of disappointment. The cupcake was dry and dense, not light and fluffy as I was hoping.
Pizza is not a bad deal at $3.50 a slice or 2 for $6. I remember ordering a whole pizza here one time and it wasn't that great. We picked bacon which was bacon strips but it was too oily for our liking. Pizza took a long time too. I suggest you go with their ready slices as long as it is fresh.
Service can be spotty, that is not exactly overtly friendly
Make sure you bring your extra big wallet here as some things here make loblaws look like no frills in terms of pricing. However, I like that they give you paper bags, as opposed to the other competitor.
**Bonus, they will give you $.10 back for every bag you bring back to reuse. But make sure you don't try to reuse five bags in hopes of getting a refund of $.50 if you are buying only one item.
