  • I enjoy this place a lot when it's not too crowded...it's a great affordable place to go just for a good walk in interesting surroundings. The buildings are amazing and the staff is all very nice and willing to tell you more about everything. I'm enjoy this place a lot when it's not busy - I'm not sure I can say the same or recommend it on one of their special events. We did try it out around Halloween/Thanksgiving Harvest Festival and the regular staff wasn't there - teenaged kids were at the entrance booths and selling/taking tickets - it was a nightmare, we had issues - paid more than we should have, felt ripped off, contacted the place by email and they never responded. You get the best experience there on off days - stay away from the busy times! It's chaos then!
