  • It took us a long time to get this appointment, another woman here said her appointment was made two months ago. We are here with about four others that were scheduled today. There is no access to the third floor, the elevator will not go up past the second floor and the door up the stairs to the third floor is locked. No answer on the phone except to the answering service. They've tried contacting the doctor as well with no luck. How do we charge the doctor for missing the appointment that they are so quick to do when we miss? This is utterly ridiculous!
