  • Do not move here. The apartments are newly renovated and look nice, but that's where it stops. The entire time we were living here (just under a year) there were constantly cockroaches and other various bugs in the apartment. At night if you walked into the kitchen and turned on the light, the counter would move with bugs. The worst part though is the management. We moved in when James was manager and he was great, but then management changed many different times. We put in multiple work orders to get our tub resurfaced because the tub was poorly lined and there were bubbles and rips in the lining. After the third time we went into the office to talk to someone about getting it re-lined, they told us that the process requires us to be out of the apartment for 24 hours because of the chemicals they use and then the tub can't be used for three days afterwards. The manager told us that he would rather us just wait until we had moved out so the workers were not in our way and we wouldn't have to worry about moving out for a day and it would also be easier because we had an animal. We were hesitant because we were worried about being wrongly charged for the re-lining of the tub, but they assured us that it would be no problem and no cost to us. (This was confirmed multiple times by managers and staff) Fast forward to when we move out and get our deposit check in the mail. They charged us $150 for the tub resurfacing. I have tried to be in contact with the office managers (and of course the management has changed again) and they are giving us the run around and I'm sure we'll never get that money back. We also had a sprinkler shooting water into our apartment through a poorly sealed window, packages were being stolen off of people's doorsteps, and the tv's were stolen out of the workout room. There's free bug spray service offered every Friday but we tried that and saw no difference in the number ours amount of bugs in our apartment. Long story short, just pick somewhere else. It's honestly just not worth it to deal with bad management and poor customer service once you move in.
