  • The Café Bellagio has a very wide selection of food. I ended up with a greek chicken salad but am still regretting not getting the blueberry pancakes (which, if I'm remembering correctly, are served all day). I saw the pancakes at another table and wished I would have ordered them. My salad was fine. The server was knowledgeable. It was a quiet "haven" from the craziness of the strip. I will be going back to the Café Bellagio on my next trip to Vegas and will not hesitate in ordering the pancakes next time. :)
