  • On the bus now. Usually this is a good service but today the driver would only allow people with wheelies on if they fitted in the luggage rack. As a result, the bus is not very full and others had to wait, having waited 20 minutes, another 20 minutes for the next bus. Is this a new policy? Making matters worse, the rack was filled with bags laid flat instead of on their sides and small bags which the passengers could have kept on their laps. This inefficiency left at least 10 people (continuing) to wait in the snow for the next bus.
