I just got off the phone with a guy who I assume was "Kevin" after reading some of these other reviews.
I was seconds away from buying the Living Social 6 room deal, and I decided I should call and ask what type of cleaning process they use before committing. I'm SO glad I did.
First of all, this guy was RUDE. He interrupted me to tell me the cost of cleaning (thanks, but that's not the answer to the question I was in the middle of asking). Then when I was allowed to finish my sentence he says "we use a $70,000 truck". Okay. Still not the answer to the question of "what is the process you use for cleaning the carpets?"
So I specify "okay, do you scrub the carpets first or is it just a steam cleaning?"
His response to this was "do you have pets? That's an extra $75"
Alrighty. Still not the information I'm looking for. Though it's nice to see that his truck has increased in value $2000 from one of the previous reviewers.
Then he tried to schedule the appointment for this Thursday at noon, even though I hadn't asked him to set an appointment for me, and even though I was in the process of asking about the pet deodorizer cost. He told me there are no other appointments until June 20th. I guess quick service would be cool if you don't mind someone who's a jerk. If he's that rude to a *prospective* client, I can't imagine how he treats people who've already paid him. I'll be calling Coit or Stanley Steamer - I'd rather pay a few extra dollars than deal with that type of rude attitude.
