| - I've been eating Ethiopian food since 1988 when I met the people I am still close friends with today! I've had it home made (which is the best, of course) and in the restaurants. I am new to Charlotte from Philly and was hoping to find some good Ethiopian/Eritrean food here. I looked at a few places online and decided to try this place first. The place was nice, service was nice as well. The man who waited on us was very attentive. He was pleased to know how fluent I was when it came to their food. My fiance and I had the salad with the bits of injera, tomato, green onions and the berbere seasoning, I can't think of the name, but it began with a "T"........it was ok, but the portion was big, which was cool! I had the beef tibs, spicy, cabbage and salad. It wasn't bad, but the beef needed a little more season and spice to it, because again, I know how this food taste, but everyone makes it different. The cabbage and salad was really good, but that beef dish is what's important for this review, which is why I gave it 3 stars. My fiance had the key wat-lamb, cabbage and salad and he noticed the difference from when he had it home made back in Philly at my close friend house. I may give Queen Sheba another chance in the future, but I will try the other 5 places I looked up before I make a final choice and stick with the best one from my opinion.....the one that tastes close to home made. :-)
