  • The most disorganized Panera Bread I've ever been to. I went back and forth with the cashier with her trying to tell me that the flatbread I wanted was not actually in the flatbread category. It was like we were speaking a different language. I had to point to the board and walk her through line by line to explain why I was right (or at least why the board was wrong). That would be all fine and dandy if she didn't have an attitude about it, as if I was a crazy person. Terrible customer service. Food was okay. I was very disappointed with the Cesar salad which came with a glob of dressing in the middle, not tossed at all. Gross in appearance. They did not bring us the right silverware or butter for the bread, requiring two separate trips up to the counter to ask for these missing items. It was chaotic to say the least. Certainly not what I'm used to from this chain.
