  • I'm so bummed about the crummy experience I had at Dutch Bros on Rural this afternoon! I decided to stop after class today, but because I had never been to this location I accidentally drove into the wrong entrance. I tried to fix my mistake by making U-turn in the parking lot in order to properly situate myself in the line, not thinking I would be chastised for my mistake. When the employee came up to take my order, she accused me off trying to cut in front of the cars behind me (even though they clearly arrived after I did). She was obviously just upset that I came through the wrong entrance and I apologized, but instead of letting it go, she wouldn't take my order until she got the "ok" from another coworker. They both then preceded to continue to harass me about my line placement rather than just focusing on their job and getting over something so petty. I really didn't appreciate them both ganging up on me, and if their job was to make me feel totally uncomfortable then they succeeded because I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I love Dutch bros and even though It's supposed to be a business known for their kind staff and great customer service, these two employees definitely couldn't hold up to those standards. Lesson learned, don't go to Dutch bros on rural.
