  • j&k furniture is a bad place to do business. They made arrangements to come to my house to see the furniture - 10 days later they come out. Then they never get back with you again. A week later I called and asked what the deal was, why hadn't i heard from them. they could find no record that someone had been to my house. When I described the person that came to the house they finally recognized him and said they would get back with me - another 2 days later and no word. This is fine furniture - and that's not the point - if they don't want it just say so!! no big - but jeez - they just don't know what they are doing there!!
