  • If your going there for help with your home modification you will NOT meet with an attorney at your initial consultation, only an office assistant . They make all these promises to get you to sign on, and once you do and pay the retainer the fun starts. Your case gets transferred from one worker to another. They do not return calls. You do all your own paper work. In the end they got us a reduction for a grand total of $40.00 off our monthly mortgage payment. WOW!!! Charged us $1500.00 to do our own paperwork. Basically felt we were dealing with BofA Instead of a law firm. And boy are they quick to advise you to file bankruptcy,Instead of offering other options. My opinion do your research and go elsewhere.
