  • I live in California & I found a condo hotel I wanted to purchase in Nevada close to the strip. I called & left a message for Shane at 7am today (Saturday) as Yelp says today's hours 7am-9pm. By 10am, I didn't receive a call, so I texted him apologizing for the early call, as I suspected the hours on Yelp could have been incorrect. He called me immediately & apologized that Yelp had the incorrect hours for the weekend. The condo hotel I wanted to purchase was 94k. I told Shane that I can find avenues to do 100% cash. Any other realtor would immediately say "Sure!," jumping with Joy since he has an "easy to close" loan. Instead, Shane told me that if the HOA is high, the income generated from renting the property would not be worth the amount of investment I needed to put into it. I have been a loan agent the past 11 years & have dealt with all walks of life. Within a matter of minutes into our conversation, I knew I was dealing with an honest individual, a trusted advisor, & a professional who is extremely knowledgeable. I appeared even much more excited to start this investment project of mine than Shane is in making his commission. Shane told me to take my time in selling my property to get the best deal 1st. Thanks a million Shane, for your honest opinion, expertise & having my best interest at heart! I will be in touch within 6 months to a year!
