  • I have been sick all day from what they describe as eggs. I get that a chef will want to put their own spin on things... this is why I go to independent places. I ordered eggs over-easy and got eggs sunny side up. I asked and was told they don't do over easy... they just cook the sunny side up longer because they use a pan than doesn't allow them to flip the eggs. Texture is something that is key to me and what was presented was revolting. Tough spot... the sever was polite but condescending "(I'm sorry you don't like it that way") and the place is $15 plate of eggs.
