Being a business owner myself, this company would do a much better job at receiving repeat customers if they where to get rid of "KEREN" or however you spell her name. Dropped off shirts to have them heat pressed, of which they where completely messed up. How do you mess up a transfer????, I have no idea. Either way, she handled herself as such a ratchet unprofessional female would. We are all human and we all make mistakes, to get an attitude with a customer and show no professionalism when your company messed up and you are the one acting in a managers shoes (supposedly), is unacceptable. Theresa, you should know better as the owner, to allow someone to continually make the image of your company look bad when you've come so far. The fact that people warned me about the horrible service of KEREN, from way back when you where located at the "FANTASTIC SWAP MEET", shows you have no concern for customer service either. Shame on you for continuing to allow such behavior for your company. Guess that's why you are located in the lowest rated mall in Vegas.
