  • I choose this store of all days because of an allergic rash I needed cream for and defiantly wanted to treat. Sprouts defiantly has a huge and largest selection of vitamins,creams,lotions and potions for whatever a customer may need. This afternoon at about 12:45 pm I walked into the store and found the Pharmacy area. I walked up to blond gal under 30. I had asked her for her recommendation and help about my rash and she didn't really seem to have an answer. I was puzzled at to why she could not recommend other products.She only handed me one and said well I just don't know where to look. Why is such a young inexperienced person in this section of the store then and why didn't you recommend someone who was older,with more knowledge or experience or both help me? She was was helpless at my questions she just said well I am not a doctor and walked away. I just walked up to an older lady employee and she highly recommended other things and asked me appropriate questions. Please get older people in this store as the millennial employees just have a lack of customer service and common sense. I do not feel sorry for her or her parents that raised her.Karma is a B*tch.
