  • I had closet world come out to give me an estimate on replacing some closet doors for my guest room. The designer showed up late which was fine I didn't mind but as soon as she realized all I wanted was doors her attitude completely changed. She told me that wasn't something that they did. So I asked her if she could just measure the space for me. And she said "for a tip, I didn't drive all the way out here to not make a sale" at this point I asked her to leave. She then asked me where I was moving and I told her out of state to which she replied yeah I can't help you with anything. I'm born and raised in Las Vegas my entire family is here had I had a good experience I would have recommended them to everyone but after this horrendous 10 minutes I will make sure to never recommend this company to anyone.
