I know most people write these reviews if they have a bad experience but I think that is a little unfair. I came to this dealership yesterday to program the fob to my 2013 Dodge Challenger. The used car dealership I purchased the vehicle from ensured me that they had the FOB on order. I soon discovered that they in fact did not. The pretty young lady working at the service center called the used car lot and they told her that I would have to pay for it myself. I immediately called my sales person Deanna and she ensured me that her service center would pay. After a short wait I was soon on my way with no problems whatsoever. Thank you Tia Murphy for making a good experience out of what could have been a nightmare.
