  • Worst service department. I've given them chance after chance. I each time they have screwed up the shuttle service. I've been left hanging on hours at end. The service people behind the desk, the shuttle driver and the manager all seem to do whatever they want which causes a lot of confusion. Came in for an oil change but have been waiting from 9:45-2:09 right now because it took them that long to figure out what is wrong with my car. Once they do manage to get their shuttle service shit together, forget ever being able to reach them. They will hang up on u or not return phone calls if u leave them a message. My car is allegedly ready yet the shuttle guy cannot be located as only one is working today (not my problem!) Previously they screwed up my shuttle service too and I had to be somewhere so made them give me a loaner. Thankfully they did but after 3-4 it seems they still can't get their shit together. I think Quentin (I think that's his name) is pretty good and attentive but his friend (older Indian gentleman) not so much! Run the other way.
