rev:text	Would not recommend this company. The rep came out to give us a quote on a pool. He seemed very knowledgeable and had some great ideas. He said he would be emailing a quote with some sample pictures within a week for us to review and then we could set up a time to go down to his office and pick out options if we were happy with what he sent. 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing. We called to see what was happening and were told by the same rep that he "never" sends quotes by email and we would have to make an appointment, go down to his office and discuss the details of the pool. Fine..we set up an appointment for the very next day and even confirmed it via email to which he replied: "Great! See you tomorrow!". So we both left work early and showed up on time for our appointment. After waiting about 15 mins the girl at the front desk told us our rep was on the phone and wanted to talk to us. I got on the phone with him and the rep insisted we did not have an appointment for that day and that he was sure our appointment was some time the next week. We pulled up the email confirming our appointment and his response was basically "my bad". I asked him if he could have someone just give us the quote to review to see if we even wanted to move forward and the rep said no because he "hadn't even worked on it yet". This is now almost 3 weeks after he initially came out to our house, mind you. So I politely ended the call and asked the girl at the front desk if there was a different sales rep we could work with. She said she would have someone call us. A week and a half later someone finally called to set up an appointment to come out to our house once again, however by that point we had already gone with a much more reputable company, secured financing with their preferred lender and were already waiting on permits..imagine that! The customer service at this company is absurd..I can only imagine how their work is.
