  • This review is for the MAC counter. I have been going to this MAC counter for five years and have never had a problem getting appointments for dance recitals, homecomings, proms, ect. I had prom in April and tried to schedule my appointment a month in advance and was told they weren't scheduling that far in advance. I thought that was a little odd because I had in the past. After this I went in a week after and asked in person, and the woman at the counter didn't even look at the book before telling me she couldn't schedule for that day yet. At this point prom was in a week and I still wasn't able to schedule and appointment? I called the next day and was told there was only a 10 am left. Iv'e now been informed they only schedule one appointment every hour because it was too "hectic". Needless to say I have been very disappointed my last few visits and am forced to go to the one up in Scotsdale:(
