  • The cupcakes USED to be so good! I don't know what happened, but the last few times I've gone, the cupcakes have been dry and flavorless. The service can be just as bad too. I requested a box for two cupcakes so I could gift them to a friend. The blonde woman behind the counter scoffed at me like I was asking her for $1,000,000 and said "I can't, they'll fall over." So to her it was better to squish them into a paper bag. I asked for a box, someone who would like to offer GOOD customer service would have obliged. If you want better cupcakes, stop at Heinen's and grab a boxed mix.
