Didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Living here we've been to several buffets, what impressed me the most about Wicked Spoon was the freshly cooked seafood station. Moses took great care of us! You can choose from shrimp (large shrimp) mussels, clams, halibut and more. Then select your type of sauce and spice level. Once I found this station I hung out here the rest of the night!
The prime rib was medium and it was the center portion so that was the only bummer, but I'm sure it's not like that all the time. Feel free to ask for a healthy portion :) lamb was med rare and delicious!!
Desserts looked pretty par for the course except they did have some hard candies (jolly ranchers, fireballs, etc) I snagged a few for later. I also tried the strawberry basil gelato and lemon sorbet. I am not quite sure it was gelato because it was so thin but it was delicious!!
We arrived at 6:30 so we were able to take advantage of the 5-7 $5 happy hour. I had a Mojito it was better than I had expected.
I can honestly say we would return to this buffet. We are big on protein selection and they had a lot of it.
