  • Terrible. The staff was nice but Elena the PA was terrible. I saw her a few months ago and she did nothing but tell me to switch my allergy meds. I have a sore throat and work for an eye surgeon.. I was sent home today and told to see a doc. I saw white spots on my tonsils and a couple of my coworkers also saw them. She told me she didn't see them. I told her my lungs feel constricted and she didn't even listen to them. She did not listen to anything I had to say about my symptoms. I feel like crap and all she did was give me a work note and tell me to gargle. Terrible terrible terrible. I also used to work in an urgent care and the proper way to test for strep is to basically gag someone. The "nurse" only rubbed the the roof of my mouth. Do not ever go there.
