  • I would like to start off by saying I purchased a groupon. I had every intention of "getting a great deal" and then hiring them for a regular price. I was never given an actual date on when they'd come. It was "Monday's or Wednesdays" I will apologize in saying that two times that they came out my gate was not open. I will not leave my house accessible to anyone because I'm waiting for someone to randomly show up. Two times I was never notified of the day they'd come or that my gate was not open, obviously. I had to contact the number from the groupon. When I apologized, even though I shouldn't have I was told they'd arrive the next week. They arrived today and left a note stating they would not return until the gate was open. It was open they never tried to get in.I contacted the number I had before and was told they were "wasting a lot of gas coming for a groupon." I have pictures of these messages and will be reporting this to groupon as well. Seems like a good deal of you feel comfortable leaving your home exposed for someone to randomly show up and if there's an issue for it to be ignored.
