  • YES.... definitely coming back. I came here on a weeknight with a group of friends (4 total), and was seated after a short, 5 minute wait. Sora Ramen with Miso broth: One of my friends has a theory that when a restaurant has a dish with it's name in it, you have to try it at least once. I did, and I'm glad. I never had Sapporo-style noodles prior to coming here... and I am hooked! I love the fact that you can get Nori style, with giant nori sheets added to your ramen! Chashu was cooked well. Fatty, melt in your mouth and delicious. I'm not typically a fan of boiled eggs, but this one was soft boiled to PERFECTION. Vegas has definitely raised the bar for my ramen tastes. I will be coming back here... without a doubt!
